The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Transformation Lead to drive the strategic delivery and evolution of a major enterprise Salesforce programme.

This role will sit at the intersection of business transformation, customer experience, architecture and delivery leadership. You will play a critical role in shaping CRM strategy, defining transformation roadmaps and leading cross-functional teams through large-scale enterprise change initiatives.

The position requires someone who can operate confidently across executive stakeholders, business units, technology teams and delivery partners while balancing strategic vision with operational execution.

This is a senior leadership role suited to someone with deep Salesforce ecosystem expertise and proven experience leading enterprise-scale transformation programmes within complex and regulated environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of enterprise Salesforce transformation initiatives

  • Define CRM transformation strategy, capability roadmaps and delivery plans

  • Drive alignment between business objectives, customer experience and technology outcomes

  • Partner with senior stakeholders across business, technology and operations functions

  • Oversee solution design, governance, delivery quality and implementation execution

  • Lead multidisciplinary teams across architecture, delivery, engineering and change management

  • Ensure scalable, secure and future-focused Salesforce platform capability

  • Drive adoption of best practice delivery frameworks, agile methodologies and governance standards

  • Manage programme risks, dependencies, vendor relationships and delivery outcomes

  • Support organisational change, stakeholder engagement and transformation readiness activities

  • Contribute to continuous improvement, innovation and platform optimisation initiatives

Technical Skills & Experience

  • 15+ years’ experience delivering Salesforce solutions within enterprise environments

  • Proven experience leading large-scale CRM or digital transformation programmes

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, ecosystem capability and governance

  • Experience working across enterprise integration landscapes and distributed systems

  • Exposure to cloud-native environments, APIs and enterprise platforms

  • Strong stakeholder engagement and executive communication capability

  • Experience managing complex programmes with multiple workstreams and dependencies

  • Strong commercial, operational and delivery management capability

  • Experience leading cross-functional teams within matrixed enterprise environments

  • Experience delivering solutions within financial services, banking, insurance or other highly regulated industries highly regarded

  • Strong understanding of compliance, governance, security and risk management considerations within enterprise technology environments
