The Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior .NET Integration Developer to play a key role in a large-scale CRM modernisation and enterprise integration programme within a highly regulated environment.

This role requires a strong engineering mindset, deep integration capability and the ability to work across complex distributed systems, APIs and event-driven architectures. You will help design, build and support scalable enterprise-grade integrations that enable critical business and customer platforms to operate seamlessly across the organisation.

This is a senior-level role suited to someone who enjoys solving complex technical challenges, influencing engineering standards and contributing to modern integration capability within an enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain enterprise-grade integrations using .NET / C#

• Build scalable RESTful APIs, middleware services and event-driven integration solutions

• Deliver cloud-native integration capability across distributed systems and enterprise platforms

• Integrate CRM, customer, operational and third-party systems across complex enterprise environments

• Collaborate with architects, product owners, analysts and engineering teams to define technical solutions

• Support integration testing, deployment, observability and production support activities

• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices and automated deployment processes

• Drive integration quality, resiliency, security and performance optimisation

• Support modern engineering standards, documentation and governance practices

• Participate in agile delivery ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Technical Skills & Experience

• 7+ years’ experience in .NET / C# software engineering and enterprise integration

• Strong experience building APIs and distributed integration services

• Experience with REST APIs, messaging platforms and event-driven architecture

• Solid understanding of integration patterns, microservices and asynchronous processing

• Experience working within Azure cloud environments and modern cloud-native services

• Exposure to enterprise middleware and CRM integration ecosystems

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git-based workflows and DevOps tooling

• Strong troubleshooting, debugging and systems thinking capability

• Understanding of security, authentication and enterprise integration best practices

• Experience working within large-scale enterprise or regulated environments preferred
